In addition to overall architectural design, we are also barrier free design (universal access) specialists capable of reviewing your current conditions and situation to develop architectural solutions which allow you to live and function independently within your own home or business based on your unique and individual requirements.

The experience gained throughout on a variety of residential, commercial, industrial and institutional projects, brings a breath of knowledge unsurpassed in the industry.

Capturing existing site conditions using 3D laser scanning technology and incorporating the data in computer aided design software (CAD) on the Autocad and Revit platforms provides the capability to visualize and express the design solutions prior to construction.

Mr. Wauer is a Professional Civil Engineering Technologist with over 47 years of engineering, architectural, contract and construction management experience having worked on complex projects up to $110 million.

Prior to his engineering education he achieved hands on construction experience while working in the construction industry. This background affords him the knowledge and nuances of how buildings are constructed.

Mr. Wauer has worked on numerous residential, commercial, institutional and industrial projects throughout his career.

He brings a wealth of design, contract, construction and project management experience to every project.

Mr. Wauer is also a 3D Laser Scanning Specialist, Certified Level II Thermographer and Gold Seal Certified Utility Locator.
