Incorporating the latest 3D laser scanning equipment along with computer aided design software (CAD) on the Autocad and Revit platforms provides the capability to capture existing as built conditions and to prepare designs to visualize and express the outcome prior to construction.
Utilizing Infrared thermography allows us to analyze a buildings envelope for thermal anomilies to address areas of heat loss or potential moisture related issues, for improving or preventative maintenance of the overall building.
Experience
Mr. Wauer is a Professional Civil Engineering Technologist with over 43 years of engineering, architectural, contract and construction management experience working on projects up to $110 million.
Prior to his engineering education he achieved 6 years of hands on construction experience while working with his father in the family’s construction company.
Mr. Wauer has working on numerous residential, commercial, institutional and industrial projects throughout his career.
He is an experienced 3D laser scanning specialist as well as a Certified Infrared Thermographer.
He brings a wealth of design, contract, construction and project management experience to every project, and has been providing universal barrier free design solutions to projects since 1986.
